It started in the Navy, working in cryptology and signals intelligence. My job was to sit inside an ocean of data and find the one pattern that actually mattered. Then I did it in fintech as a security engineer, protecting systems by knowing what normal looks like so I could spot what doesn’t. Then at Meta, where I worked as a Solutions Architect building the data infrastructure that taught AI models to see and understand the world.
So when AI showed up in everyone’s life, I recognized it immediately. Not as magic. As the same problem I’d been solving for twenty years: too much noise, and one signal that matters.

Here’s the thing nobody selling AI courses wants to tell you. The feeling that you’re behind? That’s a sales tactic. You are not behind. You don’t need to watch 40 tutorials or chase every new tool that drops this week.
What you need is clarity about how you already think, and a way to get AI working around that. My whole approach is built on one inversion: you shouldn’t bend to the machine. AI should learn you. You are the source. Your expertise, your judgment, your way of seeing your work. AI is just the mechanism that extracts it, faster and at a scale that wasn’t possible before.

That’s what I teach. Through OptiMindAI, my consulting and training practice, I’ve brought this to rooms at Capital Factory, Austin Tech Week, BigCommerce, and EO San Francisco, where I hold Strategic Alliance Partner status. I run enterprise training engagements for teams and work one on one with founders, operators, and professionals at the top of their field. And I don’t just teach this stuff. I’m the co-founder and CEO of Tenur, an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform live on the App Store. I build with these tools every single day.
When I’m not teaching or building, I’m probably behind a set of decks. DJing is the same skill, honestly. Reading a room, finding the thread that moves people.
